  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 6 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and thyme until well combined.
  3. Form small patties (about 2 inches wide) from the turkey mixture.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally. Layer each bottom bun with a turkey patty, Swiss cheese, and a generous dollop of cranberry aioli.
  5. Place the tops of the buns on each slider and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
