  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes (canned)
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
