  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup carrots (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup green onions (chopped)

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potstickers in a single layer and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, stirring until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Toss in bell peppers, carrots, and green onions; sauté for another 3-5 minutes until veggies soften slightly but remain crunchy.
  5. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil over the stir-fry mix, stirring well for another minute.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
