  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  2. Pound chicken breasts between plastic wrap until about 1/4 inch thick; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
