- 4 soft flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (green or purple)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
- Coat shrimp by dipping them first in the flour mixture then in panko.
