- 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté ground beef with diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional minute.
- Transfer the beef mixture into the crockpot. Add crushed tomatoes, beef broth, broken lasagna noodles, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
