  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup diced carrots (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 23 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • Fresh thyme and parsley (to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by dicing onions, chopping celery, and slicing carrots.
  2. In the crockpot, combine chopped veggies, chicken breasts, rice, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
