  • 3 medium carrots, diced

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Chop carrots, celery, onion, and garlic into small pieces for even cooking.
