Ingredients
- 16 oz full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and arrange them in the bottom of the pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla.
- Fold in ground cinnamon for swirls.
- Pour half of the filling over the rolls, add another layer of quartered rolls, then top with remaining filling.
- Bake for 60 minutes until slightly wobbly in the center; cool in the oven for an hour before chilling in the fridge for at least four hours.
