- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 8 oz fresh cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
