  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  6. Pour in vegetable broth; season with salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.

  8. Remove from heat and let sit covered for an additional 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and stir in cilantro and lime juice.
